About the program

During our program in the Distribution Centre you will have an opportunity to:
  • Understand the journey of our products from our suppliers to stores
  • See how our business works in different formats – stores, head office
  • Spend time in all sections of our warehouse and learn the job from basic to managerial position
  • Develop your managerial skills with help of our best leaders
  • After the programme you will have a chance to manage your own team!
The application is officially opening in April and the program starts in September.

This program is for you if:

  • You are interested working in a fast moving logistics enviroment in retail company and you can look at things by our customers‘ eyes
  • You have at least B1+ level English skills so you can easily communicate with colleagues from other CE countries
  • You have finished high school or hold a recent bachelor or master degree (up to two years after graduation)
  • You are ambitious and becoming a manager quickly is appealing to you
  • Your are full of energy and working in the office is not for you

If you meet our requirements we invite you to do the test to check your English skills. We operate on three markets in Europe, so English is a second language for us.
Phone interview
During the telephone interview we are looking at your motivation for Tesco and your career aspiration. This is also a good opportunity for you to find out more about us and ask the questions.
Interview
We want to get to know you better, so let‘s talk! And don‘t miss the opportunity to ask whatever you‘re interested in about us.
Assessment center
It is a moment to show off your skills and passion for the programme. During few individual and group activities you will have a chance to present yourself and meet our leaders.
