I was searching for a job 16 years ago, but because I’m a foreigner, no one wanted to employ me. But Tesco did. And I’m happy for that, because I feel very good here. I started as a cashier and then I moved through the different roles. After the maternity I came back to the stability and our great team, thanks to my leader. She’s always willing to accommodate my shift needs so I can balance my family and work easily.
